Rail Quality Improvement Coordinator Jobs in California

Maintain current knowledge of trends/practices in Quality Management.

Collaborates with Risk Management regarding risk/quality issues;

Collaborates with Utilization Management, medical staff, nursing, and professional support staff in the development, implementation and evaluation of Patient Care Guidelines;

Quality improvement and risk management standards, policy, procedures and protocols;

Communicate effectively, orally and in writing; with all levels of professional and non-professional staff, and executive management;

Ensures that standards, policies, and procedures are consistent with professional standards and requirements as defined by JCAHO and other regulatory agencies;

Strong understanding of HIV care and treatment guidelines, clinical indicators, and data management systems.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HIV care and treatment services, including quality improvement initiatives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers, clinical teams, and external stakeholders.

Experience in leading quality improvement initiatives and developing and implementing quality improvement plans.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.

Experience with electronic medical records

Facilitates problem solving and development of positive working relationships at all levels (line staff, management, executive leaders)

Coordinates on-going programs to prepare and educate management and staff for accreditation and licensure survey visits.

Assists with the development, implementation and evaluation of projects to improve the patient experience.

Manages Patient Satisfaction Survey process to facilitate the analysis and sharing of satisfaction data with organizational leaders and managers.

2 years healthcare experience with quality improvement or outcomes related projects

Knowledge of process or performance improvement basics

Facilitates problem solving and development of positive working relationships at all levels (line staff, management, executive leaders)
