Must have 5-8 years of quoting experience in the Manufacturing Industry
**Associates or Bachelors degree in a manufacturing related field preferred. In lieu of a degree, relevant experience may be substituted. **
Sheet metal quoting experience strongly preferred
Quotes new business (by interpreting customer design definition, specifications, etc., using sophisticated estimation tools).
Quotes repeat business (by referencing historical data or other estimation tools).
Monitors status of submitted quotes (won/lost/other), following up where appropriate.

The Quoting and Receiving Admin Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales and purchasing departments. This includes creating quotes, entering orders, and managing the receiving process. The Admin Assistant will also be responsible for providing customer service and resolving any customer inquiries.

The Quoting and Receiving Admin Assistant will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Create quotes for customers and enter orders into the system
• Manage the receiving process, including verifying accuracy of orders and ensuring timely delivery
• Provide customer service and resolve customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of quotes and orders
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
