Three (3) years of experience in financial management, budget development, program development, quality improvement and project management.

Significant Change management experience including launch support

Deploy a global risk management program consistently across the different countries, assess risks and define mitigation plans to offset them

Serve as Moderna’s Management Representative and provide Quality expertise and leadership to team members at local Moderna affiliates worldwide

Monitor industry and regulatory trends and ensure all new requirement is integrated in local operations to avoid risks of observations

20+ years of experience in progressive multi-functional leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry (quality, regulatory and pharmacovigilance area)

Strong experience in GxPs and QMS

Implementation of changes and improvements to the Quality Management System (QMS) with the goal of certification to IATF 16949 (10%)

Leadership - Strong technical leadership and executive management experience; 2+ years’ experience as a functional head of a Quality department, preferred

Management and direction of the Quality department (60%)

QMS - Thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949

Expansion and improvement of the technical capabilities of the company in support of new business (5%)

Maintenance of QMS certifications to ISO 14001 and 9001 (5%)
