Responsible for the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and all associated documents

Supports QMS Management Reviews, taking minutes and tracking actions

Develop new processes to support document and configuration control requirements.

Experience using softwares for Quality Management System activities (accurate analysis and reporting of QMS data)

oOrganizational and time management skills.

Schedules and hosts quarterly Management Reviews.

Works with Quality Assurance Specialist to generate all required Management Review documents.

Conducts follow-up activities on Management Review action items.

A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred and 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in training and/or system management.

USA expert and coordinator of all Learning Management Systems including Lizzy, Frontline, and other learning tools

Manage all US Compliance and Policy-Related Training including EEOC and OSHA

Good computer and written communication skills with multi-media development skills a must.

Serve as Language Learning coordinator for US Affiliates

Coordinate with internal customers and external suppliers and/or instruct classes to implement the annual training plan

Strong project management skills and ability to flex with evolving priorities

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate within a large team; professionally present and engage with EY leadership

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or other related field

Experience with SOX (auditing internal controls over financial reporting for public companies)
