The Quality Lab Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the organization meets all applicable standards and regulations. They must be able to identify and resolve quality issues and ensure that corrective actions are taken. The Quality Lab Manager is also responsible for managing the laboratory staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees. They must be able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with other departments and personnel. Job Skills Required
