Proactively communicate with local Office Managers and technicians at regular intervals to properly set and maintain expectations

Drive field satisfaction by providing an exceptional experience

Knowledge in Microsoft office (Word and Excel)

Coordinate the installation schedule with the customer and Sales Representative

Managing regional calendars to ensure all crews and offices are meeting minimum expectations

Obtain and review all necessary documentation for a removal and reinstall project

Apply appropriate inspection practices and procedures based on training and experience.

Other duties as may be assigned. Qualifications

3 years of applicable experience.

Interpret & apply accept/reject standards for parts and assemblies (goods).

Assist in the development of accept/reject standards.

Direct non-conforming goods for subsequent disposition.
