About This Role


As a Scheduling Coordinator, your job duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining an organized schedule for customers and applicable company representatives while communicating effectively and properly documenting work orders and other documents. We are looking for someone with great organizational skills, is adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and works well with deadlines.


Overall Responsibilities


  • Coordinate the installation schedule with the customer and Sales Representative
  • Obtain and review all necessary documentation for a removal and reinstall project
  • Perform other needed job tasks as requested by leadership
  • Implement business rules via stored procedures, middleware, or other technologies
  • Proactively communicate with local Office Managers and technicians at regular intervals to properly set and maintain expectations
  • Review all work orders to ensure proper documentation is on file
  • Maintain a professional composure in stressful situations and de-escalate customers
  • Managing regional calendars to ensure all crews and offices are meeting minimum expectations
  • Drive field satisfaction by providing an exceptional experience


Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office (Word and Excel)
  • Highly motivated
  • Attention to detail
