Quality Food Safety Manager Jobs in Wisconsin

Ensure compliance with data entry, validation and reporting in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

Manage internal auditing program to include executing audits, reporting, assigning corrective actions and trending results.

7+ years experience in a Food Safety or Quality Assurance leadership roles.

Oral and written communication skills to identify opportunities and make recommendations.

Experience managing multiple projects and work streams.

Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with cross-functional teams.

Support internal process and system improvements for risk assessment, data analysis, and documentation management.

Self-starter that requires little direction or oversight with a proven ability of problem solving, managing multiple priorities simultaneously and time management

Manage Supplier/co-manufacturer documentation and approval program either directly or in cooperation with contract manufacturer.

5-7 years of experience in food safety or similar discipline

Food Science degree preferred. Facility food safety/quality experience preferred

Advanced level food safety technical knowledge, including demonstrated knowledge of microbiology, allergens, HACCP, FSMA and other food regulations
