Responsibilities

Leadership of all aspects of quality and safety for a growing industrial mid cap company.

Qualifications

Strong process knowledge. Ability to develop systems and processes that provide sustained high quality and low cost of poor quality in a low volume high mix environment. Previous experience in developing quality and safety programs from a limited base.

Degree required. Engineering degree preferred. 5-8 years of demonstrated work experience in both Quality and Safety. Lean Six Sigma experience required. Certification preferred. Self starter. Strong people and communication skills required. Previous OSHA program management preferred.

Promotable in 2-3 years.
