College Diploma/University Degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of hands-on experience in Sales and Business Development

Strong written and verbal communication skills

SEVEN (7) years corporate leadership; demonstrated management skills experience.

FIVE (5) years CLIA regulated laboratory management experience.

Business Management: Knowledge of accounting, budget preparation, materials management, planning

Personnel Management: Knowledge of scheduling, staffing, hiring, performance

Interpersonal: Negotiation/conflict management, effective teamwork, effective communication at different organizational levels.

Strong leadership in plant supervision/management, process engineering and financial systems. Experience leading in union environment preferred.

Solid people development skills and the ability to provide proper direction and guidance to a global operation and engineering management team

Chemical Process Expertise - Possess strong chemical and process (technical) knowledge and skills focused on production operations at a plant.

Experience developing diverse talent and building efficient & collaborative teams.

Business Knowledge and Acumen - Understand the drivers that impact performance and growth of a business.

**This role will be remote with preference to someone living on the East Coast**

Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments as needed

Advanced knowledge of the cGMP, GLP, ISO requirements and ICH guidance documents

Work with Quality Managers to track the execution and facilitate completion of events, such as investigations, deviations and CAPAs.

10-15 years of experience managing a cGMP, GLP and ISO Quality Organization with clear evidence of building and leading successful teams

Ability to manage effectively, setting clear expectations, establishing accountability, monitoring progress and outcomes

Lead Quality strategic planning and set clear objectives for performance and accountability
