Quality Control Lab Technician Level Ii Jobs in Missouri

Responsible for QC sample and retain management

Proficient with using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and lab management software system (LIMS)

Document and perform sample management related non-conformance investigations

A minimum of two (2) years related experience in medical device, biopharmaceutical, or pharmaceutical industry

Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, policies and guidelines

Experience with Quality Control document reviews and regulatory inspection processes

High School diploma or equivalent or equivalent years of experience and education

One year experience in a laboratory setting

Performs the loading and unloading of lab specimens from automated and non-automated instrumentation, as well as perform various waived testing.

Assists customers including answering phones and responding to customer inquiries.

Collects, labels, processes and preserves blood, urine and other specimens according to established laboratory procedures.

Enters, accesses and executes lab orders in the appropriate laboratory and electronic medical record system.

Reviews and revises testing and equipment procedures as needed. Performs equipment and procedure qualifications periodically.

Employ sound technical writing skills involving deviation reports, laboratory investigation reports, etc.

Perform or assist with other Quality Unit assigned activities related to MURR facility responsibilities associated with FDA, NRC, and DOT regulations.

Able to independently perform testing on multiple radiopharmaceutical batches manufactured on a weekly basis.

Assists peers with method development and validation activities.

Contribute to the proper maintenance and organization of the laboratory, laboratory equipment, supplies, records, and samples.

Coordinate and investigate complaint management process.

Previous laboratory experience is a plus

Knowledge working with operating systems and basic office suite software

Self-starter with good communications skills

Vision must be good or corrected to normal to perform normal job duties.

Hearing must be good to have the ability to understand information to perform job duties.
