Excellent organisation, time management & problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Computer literate in Microsoft Office, with strong knowledge of Excel.

Monitoring and checking goods in.

Send samples externally for Micro testing

Testing product for pH , viscosity, Odour , colour, appearance

Knowledge of G Suite and/or Excel, and data entry experience a plus

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage sensitive information with discretion

Collect and input quality information, including data entry and photo documentation

Visually inspecting all jewelry produced in house, and fine goods such as diamonds and gemstones to meet specifications and established standards

Communicate quality concerns and product information in a constructive and positive manner with QC Coordinator, Jewelers, Work Planner, Trainers and Merchandising

Must be extremely detail oriented and organized
