Quality Control Insurance Claim Processor Jobs

Minimum of one years’ experience in mortgage lending (preferred)

Have strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel (required)

Obtain and review re-verifications of documents used to qualify borrowers for loans selected for Quality Control audits

Obtain, review and track receipt of third-party validation or perform verbal verifications

Order and track receipt of field review appraisals and tax transcripts

-Knowledge in Reading and understanding insurance policy and reading the scope of works.

-Experience in creating Insurance Supplements

Coordinating with Insurance Companies and policyholders during the process of claims.

Maintain and manage all pending/follow-up cases on incoming business and communicate status to financial advisors.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Knowledge of annuity products, processes, and procedures.

• Provide administrative support for the team's management of disability claims.

• Experience: related work experience, or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience

• Make and communicate disability decisions and issue correct benefits for low liability and short duration claims.

• Verify benefit claim documents.

• Working knowledge of Office equipment including a word processor or personal computer.

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Remain current and knowledgeable of all aspects of local, state and federal regulations that affect the credit union.

One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.

Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requires education equivalent to a four-year high school diploma

Audit all consumer loan documents for accuracy and completeness (ex: auto, unsecured, MasterCard, and indirect and real estate loans).

Track loss prevention claims on real estate and auto loans.
