Reviews proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development

3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

3+ years of experience communicating and presenting to multiple levels of the organization

3+ years of programming experience (Python, C#, or other similar)

Experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or another regulated industry

Experience preparing and presenting safety reports to executive management

Support the recruitment team with driver’s qualification, onboarding, and termination process

Execute periodic reporting requirements. (Daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)

1 year of related health and safety experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience

Demonstrated supervisory skills, especially leading and motivating others to implement new processes

Highly organized/detail oriented with effective time management skills for multi-tasking on time critical assignments.

Assists in reviewing the effectiveness of the Quality Management Systems and continually provide improvement recommendations to the QA Manager.

Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Manages the development, execution, monitoring programs of any corrective action plans.

Assists the QA Manager with the day to day activities for the QA unit, as needed.

4+ years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

3-5 years of lab experience in food and/or chemistry preferred.

Knowledge of relevant GFSI standards such as SQF, BRC, IFS is a plus.

Knowledge of juices/flavors/essential oils and sensory analysis:Depth use and maintenance of analytical instrumentation (GC/MS and GC/FID) is a must.

Maintains incoming and outgoing products (tracking, analysis, record keeping, database, etc).

Performs equipment/calibration in the lab and plant where appropriate.

Assists in maintaining product specifications MSDS, TDS, and kosher documents.

3+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

Solid negotiation skills with working knowledge of negotiation tactics and techniques.

You understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.

You possess strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

You have a solid working knowledge of SAP/MRP systems.

Knowledge of basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and RF Scanning.

Record information for shipping & receiving into data collection

Process the required amount of daily orders / jobs, in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications:  Experience in a Quality Assurance role within the medical device, biotech, GMP regulated environment or pharmaceutical industry is preferred

Education: High School completion or equivalent (GED) is required

Experience: Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training in a regulated industry is required OR Bachelor’s degree is required

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time, problem solve, and work as part of a team are crucial is required

Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 11, ISO 17025, or EXCiPACT standard is preferred
