1+ years of professional work experience as a Blackbox Software Quality Analyst or related

Experience in test planning, test design, test authoring, and execution

Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.

Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills a must.

Experience testing mobile devices, hardware, home technologies, and Bluetooth accessories.

Previous experience with annotation and data analysis is a plus.

Skills to perform moderate-to-complex assembly operations

Assemble, rework, and reassemble product as specified on applicable documentation

Verify accuracy of instruction documents

Check work for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications, through verification and testing

Work directly with supervisor or lead to advise of work-related problems or product discrepancies

Record test data and results

Work with management to define user acceptance testing and assist subject matter experts (SMEs) within business units with user acceptance testing.

Update test cases when appropriate to reflect changes in product functionality or requirements.

1-3 years of testing experience over multiple projects required

Analyze, document, and submit issues discovered during testing. Verify and close issues resolved during the release cycle.

Partner and build effective relationships with others throughout the eServices testing and software development departments.

Develop, execute, and support automated tests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Ensure quality (work meets or exceeds Jabil Workmanship Standards) and improve efficiency through the use of the CIQ system when available.

Operates automated electronic test equipment on circuit board assemblies and subassemblies.

Responsible for maintaining a continuous flow of the manufacturing line and meeting production goals while performing the assigned test duties.

Ability to properly load and unload test fixtures.

Correctly label, stamp or mark boards and fill out tags. Use of bar-code scanner.

Experience in proficiently translating complex technical issues into readily understood concepts for staff, management, and the public.

Two (2) years SQL Management Studio tools or equivalent.

Perform my work remotely at home or in-person at the DOH site location designated for this position.

Facilitate the gathering of requirements through interviews, workshops, consultations, site visits, surveys, and business process workflows.

Validate and verify business requirements for new and existing software applications.

Four (4) or more years (full-time equivalent) experience as a business analyst.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, management information systems, engineering, or a related field.

Knowledge and experience of software testing tools and processes.

Minimum 8 years of experience in software development or another related technical field.

3+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining software tests.

Proven ability to extrapolate tests from business requirements, then specify, design, write and execute test cases based upon those requirements.

Experience verifying software usability, including the software's user interface, navigation, and overall ease of use.

Estimates testing levels of effort for requirements

Minimum of 3-4 years experience in Information Technology as a Software QA/Tester

Demonstrated abilities as a driven, self-starter and quick study

Minimum of 3-4 years experience in regression testing experience

Experience in a government environment

Experience with Appian BPM tool (or other BPM tools)

Assist with cross-training and skill development activities with less experienced staff in conjunction with management team.

Basic knowledge of quality assurance and production technologies.

Basic knowledge of industry standards, quality control techniques and procedures.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent discipline with 0-2 years of experience

Monitors progress against deadlines including timely communication of current status, obstacles, and issues to management as needed.

Interest and willingness to learn the requirements of SOC reporting, PCI standards/security best practices, and/or HITRUST requirements.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication (both verbal and written) skills

Desire to achieve one or more relevant certifications such as: CISA, PCIP, CISM, CISSP, CIA, CCSFP, etc

Serve as a liaison for SOC, PCI, and HITRUST engagements on behalf of InComm and external auditors.
