High school diploma with 5 years’ experience in wafer fab ops or maintenance, or college degree in science, engineering, or business.

Fluent English speaking, reading and writing skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Assist quality engineers to develop and implement quality enhancement plans.

Develop a strong working relationship with ops and maintenance teams and become the go-to person for quality concerns or improvement ideas.

Conduct in-line audit of protocol compliances.

Must possess a high degree of sensitivity and change management capabilities

Perform data entry and computations on defined quality forms

Strong attention to details, listening skills, influencing style and proactive measures is essential for success

Perform various inspection of assembled products

Work closely with cross functional team such as Technicians, QE, Production Management and PC to resolve issues.

Work closely with direct superior to manage and prioritize staffing assignments to meet the team objectives

Associate Degree or Certificate in Automotive Technology or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability.

In the absence of direct Supervisor, will step in as acting Supervisor

Conducts Fault Injections and Inspector Calibration

Coordinate Inspector training to improve versatility without affecting business flow

Detail oriented with organizational skills.

Legible charting and documentation skills.

Experience in food or dietary supplement manufacturing a plus

Follow all standard operating procedures and safety regulations in accordance with cGMPs.

Ensure that in-coming packaging components are received, quarantined, sampled, tested, and released according to company standard operating procedures.

Perform quality inspections of finished products in accordance with specifications during the packing process.
