Quality Assurance Data Analyst Jobs

Superb organizational, planning, time and task management and logistical skills;

Implement and follow internal data control processes, ensuring consistency with donor requirements;

Working collaboratively with program managers, maintain and improve quality by completing internal compliance and data monitoring research;

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but may be substituted with equivalent years of work experience;

Resettlement programming experience is preferred;

At least two years of relevant experience, including working data and database systems;

2+ years working in quality management systems and/or regulatory affairs

Manage External Audit data to ensure external audit reports and findings are recorded in PIL solution

Support the audit BPO/BPE with updating qualification data in PIL tool

Basic experience with data analysis and research

2+ years of experience in a medical device industry required

Possess, demonstrate, and apply effective leadership skills

Thoroughly understand the requirements on all work activities and processes being reviewed

Must have basic computer skills

Strong customer service skills required

Strong verbal and written skills (excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling required)

Solid understanding of quality management principles and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, GLP, ISO standards).

Familiarity with data management systems, such as Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), is desirable.

Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
