Experience/working knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS)

3+ years of management/leadership experience

5 years' experience within logistics

Experience maintaining KPI's for logistics and purchasing

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferably (if not, AS 400 or SAP)

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Mgt or related

Assist suppliers in developing offerings to create a competitive environment to accommodate the needs of Scout Motors

10+ years of experience developing and leading high-performing teams.

Experience executing and overseeing international sourcing initiatives.

Develop specifications, bid terms and contractual language for competitive bid processes according to the Scout purchasing standards.

Ensure documentation of sourcing activities and decisions via Scout internal purchasing system.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

•Proven experience in materials management and procurement, with at least four (4) years of relevant experience.

•Industry experience and/or product knowledge is an asset.

•Proficiency in using ERP systems, inventory management software, and other relevant tools.

•Leadership skills to manage and motivate teams within both Inventory Control and Purchasing functions.

•Manage and oversee three to four direct reports.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize inventory and purchasing decisions.

-Use Odoo ERP system to create RFQs, Purchase Orders, and manage Receiving
