Publishing Assistant Manager Jobs in California

5+ years production or project management experience with a high-profile game studio or well-known franchise.

Coordinate cross-functional projects start to finish, from identifying requirements and dependencies, to generating concrete plans and driving them to timely completion.

Act as producer/project manager on Publishing Operations efforts in support of the company’s strategic and operational interests.

Experience with legal initiatives a plus.

3-5+ years of experience in music label administration or music publishing administration

Experience with database maintenance, managing music catalogues

Experience with Music Maestro a +

This is a full-time position and will be remote/hybrid based in Los Angeles, CA

Daily/weekly maintenance of label and publishing catalogue (in Music Maestro)

Prior employment in the music business, preferably with music publishing company, record label and/or management.

Strong knowledge base of music across a broad range of genres and eras

Knowledge of current music and music trends across media

Strong follow-up and interpersonal communication skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
