At least 5 years' experience working in a face-paced environment with a focus on administrative tasks.

Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills

Geographic/demographic knowledge of world cities and countries is preferred due to the interaction with EBSCO international sales force

Competence in project management, prioritization, and multitasking

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required

Detail-oriented with strong organization skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Mac and PC capabilities

Self-motivated mindset; comfortable being productive in a remote environment

2+ years of experience in publisher sales

Previous technology platform experience is a huge plus

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Experience in managing long and complex sales cycle, while maintaining good relationships with multiple stakeholders

To plan, strategize and achieve the business targets while being primarily focused on increasing revenues

Build long term strategies for process improvement

Effective time management and organizational skills

Team management and team engagement

Taking care of administrative responsibilities of team

In-depth working knowledge of ECTD/CTD/NEES/Paper types of submission, industry-standard publishing systems.

Have good knowledge of ICH guidelines and CTD Structure & Expertise with Publishing Tools like Liquent, Docubridge, etc.

Develop messaging, including written and verbal pitches, to make ICS’s brand and product offerings compelling to potential publisher partners

Manage end-to-end publisher engagement process, including helping to support our system for collecting and organizing information

Naturally charismatic, confident, enthusiastic, and skilled at building buy-in

Initiate communications with publishers about ICS’s value and services, and establish collaborative partnerships between publishers and ICS

Work closely with Executive Editor, Director, and others to ideate and execute outreach strategy to key decision-makers at publishing companies
