Public Safety Manager Jobs in Michigan

Knowledge of computer usage and keyboarding skills with a typing ability of 30 wpm;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Relevant work experience of at least 3 years, preferred;

High school diploma or GED required; have earned 24 or more college credits in a related field preferred;

Ability to act calmly and rationally under stressful situations;

Must meet all federal and state standards for LEIN operators in order to maintain employment;

Verify all employees’ drug testing and safety training status meets the customers’ and ECC’s requirements prior to their starting work.

Minimum OSHA 30 certification; OSHA 500 or 510 certification preferred.

Experience in Construction Safety preferred.

Develop and implement the site-specific Jobsite Safety Plan.

Establish onsite emergency plans and offsite medical arrangements.

Organize and perform safety orientations for all direct-hire and subcontractor employees working under ECC’s contract.
