Candidate Management – Schedule all candidate interviews – phone, video and in-person

You can manage through change and work independently

Partner with recruiters on support tasks and candidate communication

Build strong business partnerships with recruiters, HRBP’s, etc.

Actively act as SE brand ambassador to both internal and external candidates!

Track and Report candidate flow using our ATS.

Provide clinical leadership, program management, and training in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological disorders.

Maintains records and documentation consistent with regulatory requirements.

Monitor and coordinate psychological services and activities and reviews individual records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Evaluates and provide a variety of psychological services to individuals and groups, including specialized assessments and interventions.

Interview individuals and obtain and record personal data and information.
