Candidate Care Coordinator
Do you want to bring Talent Acquisition to the next level and become a valued Specialist? Using your attention to detail, customer focus mindset, communication skills, and thirst for learning, you will support recruiting professionals, candidates, and managers. You’ll partner to create a best-in-class experience for our candidates, implement new ways of working on critical tasks to support Partners and Consultants in full life cycle recruiting. If you have a customer-focused mindset and the ability to problem-solve through proactive communication, this role could be for you.

What do you get to do in this position?
Customer First!
  • Relationship Management
  • Actively act as SE brand ambassador to both internal and external candidates!
  • Build strong business partnerships with recruiters, HRBP’s, etc.
  • Partner with recruiters on support tasks and candidate communication
Act like an owner!
  • Manage all administrative activities for recruitment processes – includes: verbal and written communications with candidates, pre and post requisition administration, managing the pre-employment contingency process (offers, background check, drug tests, pre-onboarding).
  • Candidate Management – Schedule all candidate interviews – phone, video and in-person
  • Own your TA space! (you strive to delight your customers, are forward-thinking and agile!)
  • Track and Report candidate flow using our ATS.
