Communicate regularly with team members and management to share information.

Demonstrated knowledge of best practices and methodologies for conducting investigations, including interviewing, gathering and analyzing evidence, and writing investigation reports.

Participate in grievance hearings, Texas Education Agency hearings, and Title IX hearings.

As necessary, communicate with the Texas Education Agency and other school districts.

One to three years administrative investigations experience preferred.

Demonstrated organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required to achieve the goals of the position.

Required Valid Texas Teacher Certificate with Physical Education endorsement or related endorsement or mid-management/principal certification.

Required Master's Degree from accredited university in Physical Education or Sports Management or a directly related field.

Develop systems and processes for eligibility, hiring, student injuries, coaching requirements, and other athletics related issues.

Manage central athletic staff for effectiveness and efficiency.

Required 5+ years of experience Teaching and Coaching.

Required 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role.

Three years of experience in department, systems, and/or data management.

Strong organizational and project management skills, including keen attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines.

Assist with regression testing and evaluation of district software applications for student data management and registration/enrollment.

Conduct annual analysis of district student data requirements and Student Information System data to identify development opportunities and areas of improvement.

Ability to manage system-wide initiatives and programs, including collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Experience leading and supervising other professionals.
