Overview A Psychiatric Registered Nurse is a healthcare professional who provides care to individuals with mental health issues. Detailed Job Description A Psychiatric Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care to individuals with mental health issues. This includes assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions. They also provide support to patients and their families. They work with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to develop treatment plans and coordinate care. They may also provide education and counseling to patients and their families. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of mental health conditions and treatments
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with a variety of patients

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
