Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or related field

Manage and oversee the PSM program for the ammonia refrigeration system

Manage the emergency response plan and conduct drills regularly

Manage the budget for the safety department and ensure resources are allocated appropriately

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the Manufacturing industry

Create, implement, and maintain all Process Safety Knowledge, Management and Audit Programs/Systems

Manage and implement PSM revisions and/or trainings

2+ years of experience in a PSM regulated chemical facility; may consider paper mill, mining, or pharmaceuticals

Experience with all 14 elements of PSM

Responsible for oversight of the facility PSM programs and initiatives

Identify PSM issues, report/track them, and provide corrective solutions
