Provider Enrollment Manager Jobs in New York

This is a remote position based on Eastern Time. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC*

Design and create training content for a network of remote providers in collaboration with Clinical and cross-functional SMEs.

Manage relationships with LMS Account Managers, Customer Success Manager, and serve as the main point of contact for our vendor relationship.

You have 3+ years of experience in training and development, working with healthcare professionals or a large distributed workforce.

Your background is in instructional design & curriculum development, and you possess robust knowledge of adult learning methods.

You have previous experience with training delivery; designing online, instructor-led, and blended training content for individual courses and comprehensive curricula.

Fluency in Spanish and practice management experience is a plus

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience pioneering and leading member acquisition/retention for Medicare Advantage and commercial plans.

Strong knowledge of healthcare topics including insurance products, ICD-10 billing and EHR landscape.

Experience with CRM, ticketing queues, spreadsheets, and outreach tools

Familiarity with sales processes, and territory management

Build and manage a funnel of opportunities for referral from health systems and primary care providers within a specified territory.

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system
