Four (4) years of professional-level experience in commercial real estate development, property management, real estate s leasing preferably industrial.

Assists tenants with any agreement related or property management issues.

Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.

Assists in Airport real estate and leasing responsibilities, as directed.

Serves on multi-department teams developing business strategies concerning property and facilities.

Coordinates with Airport’s Environmental Department to achieve compliance with Pollution Prevention Plan and Noise Monitoring Programs.

Assist the Property Manager with the overall management of the property

Assist the Property Manager in managing all services at the property including landscaping, janitorial, security, elevator maintenance, etc.

Strong administrative and customer services skills

2+ years of Administrative experience preferably in the commercial real estate industry

Answer phones, interface extensively with tenants and building engineers coordinating repairs

Act as Broker of Record for the Roofstock Property Management team in the state of Georgia for related transactions.

This position is an ongoing part-time role

The person in this role will be an independent contractor paid a monthly stipend

Review associated documents requiring Broker review or approval

Participate in weekly update meetings for status of accounts, reporting of issues, and provide guidance and oversight for issue resolution

Ensure regulatory compliance on state and local level

Experience managing multiple Property, General or Area Managers and successfully delegating responsibilities to drive maximum team performance

Assist Area/Senior Managers with team performance, payroll, legal and quality management issues

Ensure all property management tasks and escalations are addressed

Work closely with asset management, accounting, legal and other teams to optimize portfolio performance

Oversight of community management and development. Regional oversight of overall performance, inspections, violations, reporting, vendor and building management

Oversee development and integration of property management software
