·Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with fine-tuning approaches and training models.

Years of experience needed –

·5+ years of industry experience with strong ML fundamentals

·Experience in Machine Learning, with a particular emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.

·Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in journalism or equivalent experience in a related field of study is required.

- Preferably, professional writing experience in technical writing, journalism, editorial, fiction, support, or academic writing.

- Writers will employ their creativity to craft prompts that effectively test the large language model.

- In addition, the writer may review AI-generated responses to ensure their alignment with specific writing guidelines.

- Ability to research and rewrite prompts.

Master’s degree in journalism or equivalent experience in a related field of study is required.

Writers re-write and improve AI generated responses, adhering to specific writing guidelines (factuality, formatting, and style).

Ensure adherence to QA framework provided and provide feedback to ways to improve writing guidelines

Ability to research and validate facts is a must.

- At least 2 years of experience in writing prompts or dialogues for conversational AI systems

- A creative and analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills

- A collaborative and proactive attitude with good communication skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, linguistics, communication, or a related field
