Senior Communications and Policy Manager

5-7 years of experience in PR and communications, preferably in policy communication.

Experience in international tech companies or global PR firms preferred.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Lead communications activities on policy issues pertinent to our client's business in North America.

Execute reactive and proactive communications campaigns and strategies.

Experience with change management and communications that lead employees on the change journey

Ensure project roles and responsibilities are clear and tasks are assigned correctly

Strong written and verbal communicator, experience communicating technical and business concepts to a global employee population using varied communication vehicles

Demonstrated success as a project manager driving projects in complex, matrix, global environments, executing across multiple time-zones and cultures.\

Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and consensus building skills

Development of Global Air HR tools, playbooks, frameworks, workflows, and other key processes to improve organization and team efficiency and effectiveness.
