Certified Project Manager Professional, strongly preferred or equivalent experience working with clinical research teams in a project management role.

Strong leadership and conflict management skills are required.

Experience using project management tools.

Manage and monitor cross-business unit communications for status and blockers.

Manage scope creep when it impacts time, resources, or budget with leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in a related business field or equivalent work experience.

A minimum of three-years’ experience working on research projects and efforts that research is a part of the core activities

Excellent writing skills and the ability to proof and format documents

Skilled at doing outreach via telephone, email, and in-person

A minimum of five-years’ experience in a research role

Experience working with historically underrepresented communities

Working on the Phase 1A rollout of COVID-19 vaccines for health professionals, front-line workers, and older adults
