Lead the Development and Launch of multiple aspects of the Quality Management System across Project Kuiper.

3+ years of OSAT quality, manufacturing or design engineering experience

3+ years of experience managing quality of OSAT / foundry supplier partners

Perform audit activities to ensure compliance to QMS requirements.

Lead MRB discussions determine product dispositions for nonconforming material.

Good documentation, communication and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills

Develop, update, and maintain technical content of risk management files

Develop training and documentation materials for production (e.g., work instructions) to enable the seamless knowledge transfer of project and manufacturing processes

Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Scientific field with 2 years of previous related work experience Required or

Experience with equipment, process, and tooling fixture validations

Experience with test method validations
