BS(BA) in the field of Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience with data insights and a working knowledge of Power BI

Preferred candidates will have Agile / Scrum certification(s). PMP or PMI certification is not a requirement but is a nice-to-have.

Advance administration & communication skills.

Manages all aspects of projects including scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, change and risk.

6+ years of creative operations / project management experience (agency or in-house)

Manage vendors and agency partners to help scale our team, including budget management, onboarding, scope creation and approvals

Expert proficiency with project management platforms, (i.e. Wrike, Asana, Trello, Monday, Smartsheet, etc.)

Collaborate with marketing leads to determine priorities, manage key projects and problem solve requests when deadlines or asks are challenging

A working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Suite, and familiarity with design-deliverable file types

Experience designing, implementing, measuring and optimizing programs, processes, structures and/or systems for improving organizational efficiency

Develop and manage data repositories leveraging Salesforce / Tableau BI dashboards

Experience with the creation and roll out of new data repositories and warehousing

Full cycle experience designing and deploying dashboards

7+ years experience working with Sales data

Ability to effectively collaborate with a largely remote team
