Experience and Skills you need

15+ years of mechanical construction industry experience

Proven ability to manage projects and teams

Base salary of $160,000 - $200,000, depending on experience

Preferably 3+ years of working experience in an industrial engineering environment but will also consider recent college graduates.

Strong scheduling and organizational skills

AutoCAD engineering work – both presale and post-sale – 30% of day to day

Working with RH Brown sales engineers to create pre & post sale drawings using AutoCAD

Commission Engineering: requiring up to 50% regional travel within the Pacific Northwest to project sites

Bachelor’s degree in engineering required. Mechanical, Industrial, Systems disciplines preferred.

● Train and develop Assistant Project Managers. ● Define and lead all pre-construction activities.

● Ensure a proactive approach by anticipating future project requirements and needs.

● Prepare and distribute Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals per the contract requirements.

● Manage the completion and distribution of the project as-built documentation.

● Foster and maintain a preferential working relationship with our customers.

● Review all project estimates with a focus on the details and general conditions.

• Using your background in manufacturing engineering, determine machinery and/or power requirements that will meet production volumes.

· Two to five years' experience in equipment maintenance and manufacturing engineering in a manufacturing environment.

• Develop bills of material & recommendations for spares for all projects

• Track/forecast costs to maintain good budget control

• Provide training to end users on changes to existing equipment and new installations

• Work with technicians and contractors.

Plan, initiate, and manage pre-construction efforts on multiple projects

Lead and guide the work of pre-construction staff. Serve as liaison between customer and pre-construction deliverables before construction

Monitor and participate in the progress of deliverables to assure deadlines and standards are met

Support and assist General Field Superintendent with their job specific responsibilities including although not limited to labor management and manpower forecasting

Must have mechanical and financial experience, 5-10 years of experience

Support, assist and mentor project managers and assistants in problem solving and document interpretation

Plan, organize and staff key field positions to support the Mechanical Construction Division of Company

Work closely with engineering, CAD and estimating department

Perform project buy out of major materials, equipment, fixtures and rough in plumbing, piping, and sheet metal materials
