The Project Manager of HR Change Management is responsible for leading and managing the successful implementation of HR change initiatives. This includes developing and executing change management plans, coordinating and facilitating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring that the change is effectively communicated and adopted. The Project Manager will work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure that the change is implemented in a timely and effective manner. The Project Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the progress of the change initiatives, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
