§  Strong business analysis, project management organization and communication skills

§  Bachelor degree and relevant experience with a focus in financial services, computer science or business management.

§  2-5 years prior experience in operations change management or technology business project management

§  Understanding operations workflows, processes, controls and data requirements

§  Manage change control procedures, and issue resolution efforts

• 8-10 years hands on experience playing technical business analyst role in banking projects

• Good to have product owner experience
