Project Labor Foreman Jobs in Florida

▪ Makes technical, personnel and business management decisions required by the project as authorized

▪ Assumes additional responsibilities as directed by the Service Manager

▪ Orders all material needed for the project submitted from the Account Manager

▪ Promotes and participates in education and training opportunities to promote personal and company growth

▪ A minimum of 8 years of experience in field operations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety requirements within construction industry.

Direct and manage Holland field labor forces or temporary labor as assigned by the Superintendent.

Assist in the monitoring and enforcement of project safety requirements.

Basic knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures.

Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills.
