Project And Equipment Engineer Jobs

High skill and knowledge of lean production systems.

Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Implement new processes from concept to start of production within the organizations standards of quality and cost.

Analyze and apply new manufacturing technologies that produce cost savings and quality improvements.

Plans and prepares for product changes and their impact on production processes

Project-manage sold projects to successful and timely turnover to Project Specialists

Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.

Must be able to communicate effectively in person, by phone and through written communication.

Trademark Authorization / Technical Requirements Management

2+ years relevant work experience in roles such technical project management, sustaining engineering or new product introduction.

What You’ll Do for Us

Strong leadership skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills

Minimum of 2-3 years related project management and/or construction experience preferred

Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers

Knowledge of the principals of cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration desired
