Direct and facilitate informal communication in order to ascertain faculty & staff recommendations/requests/designs relating to video and event productions.

Documents status of issues and provides updates to management, team and end users

1+ years' experience in AV support in a professional environment

Professional experience in video conferencing solutions and support

Professional experience with Mac and Windows OS

Strong customer service, problem solving and teamwork abilities

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

1 - 3 years: Management Experience

Assist technical managers and operations leadership in training for show technicians, quality control technicians, and engineering staff.

Participate in venue walk-throughs to determine technical requirements and limitations to ensure optimal show quality as needed.

5 year(s): Video Systems for Live Events Experience

5 year(s): Event Industry Experience

Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to educate and support the sales, operations, and technical teams.

You'll have experience working in AV and themed entertainment

Creating, developing and installing/delivering world class solutions on a global basis.

To work on projectors, screens, control systems and sound to deliver high quality installations.

To work on customers sites to the same standards as when working at Holovis HQ

To effectively liaise with the on-site Holovis lead in all relevant aspects of the project installation

You will likely have a degree in an engineering discipline
