Program Supervisor Reentry Jobs in California

Master's degree in one of the following disciplines: psychology, childhood development, childhood education, special education, or a related field

Must be actively pursuing BCBA certification

Knowledgeable of Applied Behavioral Analysis, assessments, and report writing

Program Supervisors are responsible for developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising Behavior Technicians, and providing education and training for client caregivers.

Must be enrolled in an ABA Master's program (BCBA)

Ability to travel to and work in multiple program service areas

Demonstrate knowledge of financial benefits for employers if they hire an ex-felon.

Provide educational and vocational guidance to clients participating in the program.

Interview inmates to determine their employment skill level, strengths and weaknesses and develop a vocational plan.

Collect and analyze and interpret psychological, educational, social and employment information regarding each applicant and make a vocational diagnosis.

Assist with transportation related to clients’ vocational and educational needs.

Monitor and track clients’ individual vocational and educational progress.
