Program Specialist Youth Sports Jobs in Utah

Self- starter with excellent problem-solving skills combined with the proven ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and manage time effectively.

Conduct pre- and post-tests of each family’s understanding of the U.S. school attendance and participation requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in social work, education, or related field of study is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in human services field strongly preferred.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop and implement youth programming, such as after-school or cultural enrichment activities.

Knowledge and skills in preparing and managing budgets. Knowledge of submitting and managing grants.

Abilities in hiring and orienting staff.

Excellent organizational and record keeping skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, work independently with limited supervision and guidance, yet be collaborative in nature.

Education/Licesning: Bachelor’s degree required Must have an Ohio Driver’s License.

Communicate with caregivers and follow-up regarding issues uncovered during medical screenings. (2%)
