Requirements for Nurse Externs Transition Program (NEXT)
Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing baccalaureate or
Must be entering into senior level year (last one or two semesters)
Graduation date to occur within one year of hire or at minimum
Hold and maintain a cumulative nursing GPA of 3.0 minimum
Must work a minimum of 24 hours (two 12-hour shifts) a month
