4 or More Years Project resource management experience required

Create and manage the execution of a program communication plan and organizational change management plan

Proactive identification of program risks, quantification of risks for prioritization, and management and mitigation plans.

Effective management, impact analysis, and resolution of escalated risks/issues by project manager(s)

Program budget management including preparing and requesting release of funds over the lifecycle of the program through DS governance.

Act as a coach to project managers and other project team members who need guidance regarding project management practices.

5-7 years managerial experience, with experience in contract management, customer service, operations, or analytics in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.

Requires excellent planning, organizational, analytical, follow-through, and self-management skills.

Conduct and facilitate training of Contract Managers.

Develop and manage contract routing process with Legal department.

Proactively coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations and all necessary MHA Teams terms and conditions.

Manage on-going contract maintenance such as product additions and price changes, as well as contract renewals and extensions.

Lead and direct a matrixed group responsible for Engineering project/program management.

Adapt, develop and implement standardized program management tools for use by program management team.

Review project progress with senior/executive management.

Serve as program leader and manage cross functional program resources.

Develop, document and manage project plans, timelines and budgets.

Manage unexpected program delays and direct cross-functional team efforts to re-align with established project timelines

Minimum of 7+ years of relevant work experience in program management managing large-scale technology projects with delivery accountability.

Minimum of 5+ years of effective staff management along with strong team building skills.

Experience in ERP systems (SAP Preferred with Finance module knowledge)

Drive definition of best practices, processes, documentation, and budgetary discipline for the Program Management team to ensure consistency.

Work with our Portfolio Management team to standardize our project plan toolset, JIRA / Atlassian workflows and reporting

Thorough understanding of the end-to-end program life cycle, best practices, and project management methodologies

Expertise in program management for large scale, multi-year transformation efforts

Builds an agile PMO organization, hiring and managing staffing requirements in line with project and program objectives

Manages the risk, issue and change resolution process, and works with other leaders to take corrective action as needed

Highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated team building and leadership skills

Minimum of 15 years of related experience

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
