Prior management/Leadership experience in a matrix environment is required

Navigate governance bodies to effectively lead GPT discussions with senior management (RDAC & ECOM)

Master of Arts Degree and 3 years of work experience with progressive responsibilities, including budget oversight

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Act as an advocate and role model for integrating best practices into the organization, ensuring adherence to established project management methodologies.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CTO, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and other executive assistant duties as required.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Proficiency in project management software and tools. E.g. Monday.com, Asana, etc

Manage project teams by ensuring effective communication, coordination, and collaboration among team members.

Minimum of 5 years complex management experience.

Minimum of 15 years of related experience

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience  

Previous experience budgeting, fiscal management, financial development, program management, committee and board relations is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in a related field to this position or equivalent. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

Previous leadership experience in a nonprofit setting including managing professional-level staff and volunteer development is preferred.
