You are knowledgeable in the areas of operations, data management, program management and/or curriculum implementation and evaluation

You are an experienced youth advocate for first generation high school students, knowledgeable of providing academic rigor and advancement for scholars

You are a results oriented manager, adept at fostering a joyful, productive, diverse, equitable, and inclusive team

You are excited to manage and coach a program staff of 8-10 full-time employees

You are experienced at building or managing a complex, youth-serving project

You are passionate about working with young people from underserved backgrounds and with diverse identities

Manages the day-to-day operations of the Specialized Therapeutic Foster Care Program. Manages, hires, trains, and schedules staff

Maintains and fosters relations with case managers and referral agents

Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft office products, including use of e-mail, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint

Bachelor's degree and two to three years of related experience in the Human Services field preferred

Responsible for the financial performance of individual programs; completes purchasing of program supplies; and reviews and submits billing compliance documentation

Maintains and fosters relations with individuals receiving services, families and guardians

Bachelor's degree in health and human service field OR Equivalent experience required, Masters degree in counseling or social work preferred.

NYSCertified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) certification preferred

Familiarity with recovery and substance use treatment services. Knowledge of local community resources.
