REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

Skill in the operation of and data entry into a computer.

Assists Program Manager with the supervision of Pulaski County Youth Services Out of School Time program staff.

Prepares requests for proposals outlining program requirements; receives community requests for participation in and maintenance of youth programs.

Monitors grant budgets and spending to ensure compliance with grantor requirements and stipulations.

Good knowledge of the theories and principles of, stages of, and influences upon juvenile development.
