Apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts to job assignments, and contributes to the development of new ideas and principles.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, establish timelines, and ensure successful delivery within deadlines.

Proven experience (4+ years) working as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Business Consultant, preferably in a data-driven or analytics-focused environment.

Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable deliverables for data scientists and analysts.

Coordinate and manage cross-functional team contributing to a common deliverable, facilitating effective collaboration and communication.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Predictive Modeling, Industrial Operations Engineering, or related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data and research findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Assist managers in building quarterly and annual plans and forecast future market research needs for business partners supported

Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Provide influence and leadership in the identification of new tools and methods to analyze data

Provide updates on project logs, monthly budget forecasts, monthly newsletters, and operations reviews

Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor to staff, interns and external contractors
