Consulting with management and business development on client relationship status and business issues.

Signing off on all product design deliverables (including technical and editorial) in association with the client project manager.

The role has dual responsibilities:

·Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

·Minimum of 5 years’ experience in creative consultancy, learning, and development, ideally in a client-facing role.

Managing the deployment of products and services.

Acknowledges receipt of complaints, grievances, and other adverse items, logs them accurately and on time and notifies appropriate parties promptly.

Excellent written, verbal, facilitation and presentation skills.

Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.

2+ years of experience in complains processing, preferably in the Bankcard processing industry.

BA/BS Finance, Economics, Business or other related field.

In depth knowledge of card transactions and Visa/MasterCard regulations preferred.

Experience analyzing regulations on victims’ rights to obtain restitution, representation and other eligibilities for witnesses of crime.

Experience synthesizing priorities and resource needs for victims to respond to barriers to participation in the judicial process.

Experience serving as a first responder to victims to provide advocacy to those experiencing manifestations of trauma as symptoms of victimization.

Experience providing training through oral communication to effectively reconcile victims’ needs and express victim-centric approaches to witness interactions.

Knowledge of existing national and international resources pertaining to victim's advocacy.

Ability to assess needs following trauma experiences.
