Professional Development Coach Supervisor Jobs

Designs, directs, implements and evaluates educational offerings based on knowledge, skills and learning levels of nursing staff.

Demonstrated knowledge of education methodology such as needs assessment, curriculum development, instructional design and principles of adult learning.

Has effective teaching and critical thinking skills.

Develops and utilizes appropriate evaluation systems to determine the effectiveness of educational activities.

Manages complex needs of nurses, determines and provides resources to support identified need

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Monitors an individual’s work-related skills and behaviors and develops interventions when performance expectations are not being met.

Knowledge of the operation of janitorial equipment.

Knowledge of cleaning supplies and the correct procedures for usage

Must meet PACE driver requirements.

Conducts task analysis that arranges all tasks into sequential, teachable components.

Works with employees and consumers to resolve potential problems.

Skill Development: Witness participants demonstrate improved skills and knowledge in the relevant subject matter by the end of the bootcamp.

Positive Participant Feedback: Receive positive evaluations and feedback from bootcamp participants, indicating satisfaction with the coaching and learning experience.

Conduct In-Person Bootcamps: Deliver well-structured and dynamic bootcamp sessions to participants, ensuring the curriculum is effectively presented and engaging.

Present Curriculum Material: Communicate complex concepts and topics clearly and effectively, utilizing various teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.

Facilitate Group Discussions: Foster an inclusive and collaborative learning environment by encouraging group discussions, problem-solving exercises, and peer-to-peer learning.

Participant Engagement: Foster a high level of engagement and active participation among participants throughout the bootcamp.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Excellent Communication Skills Are Essential.

Facilitates professional development workshops when needed

Research and demonstrate instructional strategies

Encourages participation and open discussion

Ensures all educator development is completed successfully

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field with 18 credits in early childhood education

Three years of experience teaching in a licensed childcare or public early learning setting

One year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role involving early childhood professional development or coaching

Experience as a current/former early head start or head start parent/staff member

Bilingual skills in English and Spanish

Assist staff in utilizing data to develop data-driven classroom lesson plans and education plans individualized to children's strengths
