Experience with large-scale build infrastructure and developer tooling with a focus on Observability.

At least 5 years of experience leading a team of Senior/Staff level Software Engineers.

Work with the sourcing department on vendor qualifications/management/optimization to minimize sourcing costs

Excellent communication and management skills and strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with all levels of employees

Work well both independently and in a team environment (capable of being managed remotely and managing remote, indirect reports)

8+ years of leadership level experience in a global/complex environment

3+ years of experience in power generation and field services

Heavy Duty Gas Turbine and/or Steam Turbine Experience required

Deliver metric-driven status reports to senior management and champion continuous improvements.

Manage dependencies; remove team impediments; manage risks and issues.

Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Lead Product Roadmap initiatives and collaborate with subject matter experts to create learning objectives, develop engaging content, and create assessments.

Partner with other members of the Learning and Development team to ensure that the curriculum meets the needs of learners.
